Architect: Fringe Architects / Photography: Robert Frith // Rauland Perth is a transformation of a 1950's carpentry workshop into an office workspace for technical healthcare company Rauland Australia. The design by Fringe Architects pays homage to the building's history with the preservation and incorporation of exisiting industrial elements such as steel columns, concrete floors, glazing and of course the original red brickwork interior and exterior walls. The open-plan setting of the workspaces introduces a contemporary aspect into the design while maximising the use of the space. Fringe Architects and their design for Rauland Perth were shortlisted in the 2018 IDEA awards for the category 'Workplace Under 1000sqm'. //Products Featured: Ivela Turks Bollard / Inlite Tuba II Track Spot
